About the event
This event focuses on Women's Health (Mind, Soul, and Body). It will cover topics on inner healing, mental health, weight loss, nutrition, exercise, and skincare. We will also have free health screenings, including vision, hearing, cholesterol, glucose testing, stroke assessments, and blood pressure checks. In addition, a massage therapist, fitness coach, CPR trainer (often featured on Channel 2), CPR training, health information, free home Covid tests, and much more.
